For years, the Cold Fusion-based member management and service portal gave the WMA staff and management nothing but trouble. Small changes to the website often created issues for the system, which in turn did not allow members to access important data. Credit card processing was also compromised (order confirmation, receipt delivery, etc.).

Strata worked closely with the WMA team and an assortment of vendors to ultimately solve the problem permanently. 

  • Full assessment of all related systems and applications

  • Establishment of relationship and ongoing communication with Euclid Technologies, ClearVantage, Authorize.net, WMA Director of IT

  • Location and identification of Cold Fusion platform

  • Oversight of migration and updates to a new web server transfer, repointing of the live CV database to the credit card processor on the new server

  • Project management

  • Testing and reporting

Thanks everyone for sticking with us on the 6 month Cold Fusion journey. We really appreciate all your help, effort and work to get this accomplished. It was a real puzzle, which has now been solved. This mess all started almost 20 years ago... and we are very happy to have it finally resolved. I consider this an early Christmas present to WMA and our members.
