When Sagent Marketing, a communications agency for the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE), needed to update the Campfire Permit process, they turned to Strata to make the whole experience more user friendly, especially when using a smartphone. Strata's programming team developed a process to allow the permit to be signed electronically with the requestor’s typed name. The permit would then be downloadable or emailed to the individual requesting the permit.
